OUR SKILLED TEAM OF CHEFS AND SUPPORT STAFF
Whilst Jimmy Shu is the driving force behind Hanuman, the restaurants would not enjoy the success they do today without the skills of the chefs and support staff. Jimmy is constantly on the prowl for talent in the kitchen and frequently roams the globe in search of that special someone. He believes that chefs who have lived and trained in the region where a recipe originated are able to bring an extra dimension to the dish. This philosophy is one of the keys to the success of his restaurants.
Our chefs are sourced from across Asia. Jimmy Shu invites specialist chefs from India, Sri Lianka, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines to work with him in designing and preparing a delicious and innovative array of authentic dishes from their homelands.
