With authentic tastes inspired by Jimmy Shu's childhood, Hanuman provides guests with a fresh, exciting and innovative menus from across Asia. Hanuman Darwin was established 25 years ago. To celebrate this milestone Jimmy and his team are refreshing the menus with new tastes, menu combinations and special monthly recipes.

 HISTORY
Following on from the success of renowned Melbourne restaurants Monsoon, Shakahari and Isthmus of Kra Jimmy Shu and his team decided to establish an iconic asian restaurant in Darwin and Alice Springs. With chefs brought to our shores from Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Singapore, India, Indonesia Jimmy has built a reputation for consistently delighting guests with authentic asian flavours.
